Okay name all the great teachers you have had in your life.
Hmmm, there must be dozens, right?! Maybe a couple????
Yes,
good teachers are hard to find. Classroom training is
notoriously known for hiring a "talking-head", you know the guy
that reads the slides to you, also called "
bobble
head" trainer. Students are angered when they get an
instructor that knows less than them and rightfully so, since
students have paid good money. At Mountainview we believe that
you should know who you are getting for Web Training, Virtual
and Classroom Training. That is why our policy
states that a student can speak to the trainer
before they buy a course - NO SURPRISES. Make sure you ask
for the trainer's qualifications (certificates, diplomas, resume,
etc) - REMEMBER YOU ARE PAYING GOOD MONEY FOR THIS.
A
trainer must teach the student 2 aspects of a Certification Course:
1. The content or subject matter based on the latest syllabus -
this is the easy part
2. How to pick the best answer on the exam - this is the hard
part -
trainers spend most of their time on this
