Paper Certificate with holograph, Lapel Pin and e-certificate

Mountainview provides the paper certificate, the PDF (electronic) certificate and the lapel pin as proof of certification to the student upon successfully passing the exam.  The student may decline these if they wish - Grey Market companies do not offer paper certificates or lapel pins.

PDF Certificate

A PDF certificate is automatically emailed to the student upon passing the exam.  Employers demand the Paper Certificate with holograph since this can easily be forged.

Paper Certificate with holograph

The prestigious paper certificate is delivered to the student upon successfully passing the exam.  Employers like to see this mounted on your wall at work to show commitment to service excellence.  The holograph prevents forgery.

The Paper Certificate and Pin can be ordered directly from the Exam Institute (EI) by the student to reduce cost and to prevent shipping address problems.

Lapel Pin

It has been a well-known tradition for years that passing an exam does not only result in a certificate, but is also accompanied by a metal pin which can be attached to a collar or lapel. For ITIL® this distinguishing badge with basic gold trim is set in the form of the internationally well-known ITIL® logo.  This is worn at conferences to subtly demonstrating your level of knowledge.

NOTE: Grey Market Providers do not offer these Paper Certificate or Lapel Pins
