We recommend that the student finish each
certification course as soon as possible. No one wants the burden of studying
more than they need for the exam. For example if you study
for a year then you will probably forget what you studied in
the first week!! However, unforeseen circumstances do occur
(i.e. illness, work, life, etc.). For this reason the students
can extend the course before it expires or restart after the
course expires.
Example A - Multiple course packages
If the student purchases the ITIL® Expert Pack and starts with Service Operation on January 1 but cannot finish
for some
reason then the student can pay a nominal fee to restart the course
in December
for 30 more days of access.
Example B - Multiple course packages
If the student purchases the ITIL® Expert
Pack and starts with Service Operation on January 1 and passes the exam
on Feb 15, then he can start the next
course, lets say Service Transition,
on September 1. It does not have to be
one right after the other. The courses do not have to be
taken consecutively.
Each course starts when you notify us.
We never automatically start or schedule a course to start.
